Position Overview
Our State Farm agency is looking for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a role with variety. This position is a balanced role involving both service and sales—supporting our existing customers with everyday policy and billing needs while also identifying opportunities to protect them better through consultative conversations.
If you’re organized, personable, and motivated by both helping customers and hitting goals, you’ll fit right in with our small, collaborative team. This role can grow over time based on your strengths and the needs of the agency.
What You’ll Do
- Assist existing customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, changes/updates, and general account support
- Provide a smooth customer experience through phone, email, text, and in-person communication
- Use needs-based conversations to identify gaps, make recommendations, and offer additional products when appropriate
- Follow up on quotes, requests, and open items to ensure excellent service and strong retention
- Stay organized with documentation, activity tracking, and timely follow-through
- Work closely with the team to meet service standards and achieve sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-up habits
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced office environment
- Confident communicator with a professional phone presence
- Motivated by goals and willing to have consultative sales conversations
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, banking, hospitality, or insurance is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual is a plus (not required)
Licensing & Training
Insurance licensing is required for the role, but not required to start. We’ll support you through the licensing process and provide training/coaching to help you succeed.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
