Mina Garner State Farm is looking for an ambitious, people-focused Life and Health Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with new and existing customers to offer life and health insurance solutions
- Conduct needs-based conversations to help customers choose the right coverage
- Educate customers on policy features, benefits, and coverage options
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Assist with policy changes, questions, and claims support
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Work closely with team members to support agency goals and customer needs
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry updates, and compliance requirements
- Ensure all sales and service activities are completed accurately and professionally
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willingness and ability to get state life and health insurance licenses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, assertive, and comfortable making recommendations
- Open to learning, coaching, and personal growth
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and explain insurance products clearly and confidently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute to a growing office

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
